We are Sean and Lissa,

Together we have 17 years of experience in all facets and levels of the fitness industry. We looked for new growth in a niche market and came across the Body20 team who has brought their unique concept to Belgium.

Given the application of state of the art technology combined with our years of local experience in boutique fitness, and our international success, we immediately decided to open the first Body20 studio in Belgium.

The concept of short and safe exercise sessions that guarantees results under the guidance of a personal coach at a fair price appeals to us the most. The potential is huge!
