In 2009 I started as a personal trainer. However, over the years I have noticed that it was not possible to guide everyone to their goals, because of this I was looking for a new and unique concept. I found this at Body20! At Body20 you will receive personal training to achieve your goals through only 1 to 2 sessions of 20 minutes per week.

I have been in the fitness industry now, approximately 10 years, and I started out in the hotel sector, the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa.

I have always loved sports and training, which I do myself and still do. Now, I will be your certified and motivated trainer to give you that boost you want to rekindle in sports, which is always there. Fitness and health is my passion that I want to pass on to you.
